Why you became a mentor?
I was almost 8 years into my business career before I accepted some help from peers. I thought I could learn more - faster and cheaper - with books. I was wrong. Books and teachers are great, but the one-on-one conversations with peers was worth its weight in gold.
I resolved to give back. And I've enjoyed every minute of it.
An ideal relationship to You
